Our Story

Born at 9,500 Feet, Crafted with Conviction

Silver Scoop Creamery started with a simple belief: ice cream should be made slowly, by hand, using ingredients you can actually pronounce. We opened our doors on Front Street in Fairplay with nothing but a used ice cream machine, a handful of recipes, and a deep respect for the craft.

Today, we're still making every batch ourselves. Our dairy comes from local Colorado farms, our fruits are sourced from regional growers, and our flavors are inspired by the seasons that shape this high-country town. Whether you're a Fairplay neighbor or passing through on your way to Mount Evans, we'd love to share something sweet with you.
